what are we?

There are galleries, concerts, plays, and various stages to portray different art forms—but aside from open mic nights in select cities, there’s rarely a space for writers to take the stage. The poetry and music nights we host put local writers in the spotlight. We give them and other creatives a space to listen, enjoy each other’s company, and support local writers.

What do we do?

A stack of paper placemats with a simple drawing of a house, two stick figures, and a sun, with the words "welcome to pluto's" written underneath. The table also has various papers, magazines, and other items scattered around.

We provide writers and other creatives with community, workshops, publication opportunities, and more.

We host various events for writers, at free or low cost for attendees, such as shows, parties, open mics, festivals, workshops, and more.

We publish poetry and visual art in the form of zines and anthologies, each available in print for a limited time.
